Spring has come finally to us and we enjoy here some sunny days. However, we do not have too much time for laziness as we continue our efforts to optimize our services and enhance the informations on our homepage. In this newsletter you will find the updates of our homepage as well as some informations about upcoming events. As those events provide excellent opportunities to talk about projects and give you some hands on to our technology, we sincerely hope you will join us this year in Brussels!

Partner in North America

For the North American market we have reorganised our partner structure. R2 Consult will be consulting and helping us for this market. Mr. Rick Rehrig represented us formerly for a long time and we are happy to have him back to continue our good cooperation. To keep track of the communication, BRACE will be your first line of contact and Mr. Rehrig will follow up, so please adress your inquiries also in the future directly to BRACE.

Partner in Middle- and Southamerica

We have entered a new cooperation for the Middle- and Southamerican market. For the food industries, especially for our equipment line for instant products, but also for other units, our new partner is CIMA Industries. With this mutual cooperation we both - CIMA and BRACE - are able to offer full turn key units. Please do not hesitate to contact us for details.

Accessories

"Microencapsulation is more an art than a science" is often repeated, but that is only true if you do not use the right tools to understand the materials you work with. To help our customers to concentrate to work on good products instead spending time on analysis we offer certified analytical equipment that is optimized for the use with the Spherisator Series drip casting units. Currently we offer viscosimeters and crush force testers. Those devices have been evaluated and optimized in the BRACE laboratory to yield optimum performance at economical costs. [Read More]

Although our webpage may look old and busted, it offers a lot more possibilities than visible on the surface. In our efforts to make it accessible on any device, anytime, we have spend a lot of thoughts on how to improve customer service. After registration and logging into the webpage, you will not only have access to a number of additional articles and documents, but also have your personal space. There it is possible to upload files to our secure server system as well as downloading files from us. We are placing files or documents that are of interest for you or our projects in the apropiate are so that your are able to access them anytime. The secure server makes use of sophisticated and current encryption technology to offer you the best possible protection of your valuable data.

Privacy is an important issue to us as well as to our customers. Please rest assured that we take all possible means to protect your information being handed to us as good as technically possible. Your registration information and any file you are transferring through our web systems will be secured by all technical means we have at hand. Our IT staff is constantly evaluating the system to keep it safe!
